Novena for Safe Travels
St.Christopher
St. Christopher, patron saint of travelers, motorists, sailors, and pilgrims.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You walked the roads of this earth. You knew dust, distance, storms, and weariness. You are Lord of every highway and hidden path.

As I prepare to travel, I ask for Your protection over my departure, my journey, and my return home. Guard me from accident and from harm. Protect those who travel with me and those I will encounter along the way. Please keep my mind attentive, my reactions steady, and my spirit at peace.

St. Christopher,
faithful witness and bearer of Christ, you carried the Lord safely across dangerous waters. Please intercede for me now as I make this journey. Pray that I may carry Christ within me wherever I go. Also pray that my travels may be guided by prudence, patience, and trust in God’s providence. Stand beside me in unseen ways, and ask the Lord to send His holy angels to guard my path.

Lord Jesus,
I entrust this journey entirely to You. The miles ahead are already known to You. The delays, the weather, the traffic, the timing — all are within Your sight. Keep me calm in uncertainty, grateful in my arrival, and mindful that every road ultimately leads back to You. Please bring me safely to my destination and safely home again, according to Your will.
