Novena for Deliverance and Protection
St. Michael the Archangel
St. Michael the Archangel, Prince of the Heavenly Host, Guardian of Souls, patron of police officers, soldiers, first responders, those in spiritual battle, and the dying.
Lord Jesus Christ,
I come before You aware that I am not strong on my own. You are my protection. You are my refuge.
If there is anything in my life that is not from You, anything that does not lead me closer to You, I ask that You remove it gently but completely.

If I have opened doors through fear, anger, pride, or ignorance, please close them.
If I am carrying spiritual burdens that are not mine to carry, please lift them.
Purify my thoughts. Steady my heart. Anchor me in truth.
​
St. Michael the Archangel, faithful defender of God’s people, pray for me and stand guard over my home and those I love. By God’s permission, drive far from me anything that seeks to disturb my peace or draw me away from Christ.
​
Jesus, I trust in You.
What You allow, You will also sustain me through. What You remove, You remove for my good. I place myself entirely under Your authority and under Your mercy. Protect me according to Your will. Deliver me according to Your wisdom. Give me Your peace.
Amen.

Saint Michael Archangel, defend us in battle,
be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil;
may God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God,
cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl through the world
seeking the ruin of souls.
